Length of HD-48219

Has anyone got the length of HD-48219, primary drive locking tool for 2013 touring bikes?

And is it the same tools for replacing drive belt for 2017 Road Glide, as for a 2013 Street Glide?

Thanks, does that mean that the -07 FLT's, use the same length locker tool(5.9"), as the -13 FLT's and the -17 FLT's?

I find that the FLT -07, -13 and -17, use the same primary chain. Does anyone know if they use the same front and rear toothcount as well?
