Would anyone happen to know the float height. It's dumping gas out of the bowl overflow tube. Wanted to check height before I pull float and needle seat.

I am going to guess 0.413 - 0.453 in with the carb body tilted 15-20 degrees past vertical (forcing float to close fuel needle from its own weight).  That is for a 1999 and a 2006 touring model, 2 service manuals.  Can't imagine yours being different.

Thank you. Much appreciated. I pulled float and needle and it looked like the needle had some residue on it. I cleaned it and so far its not leaking. I may just get a new one and replace it anyway.

If it was something that just started it most likely wouldn't be a float adjustment unless it sprung a leak and was sinking.  Most commonly the needle and seat will be the culprit and I think you nailed it.
