S&S Pushrods

Hi, bought S&S pushrods a while back and have lost the instructions, so 2 questions please
How many turns ?
and the length where does the short and long go ?

4 turns or 24 flats
Short on intake
Long on exhaust

You owe it to yourself to get a thread gauge.  If you're using normal lifters, then it's always easy when you get a bike to work on:

18 threads per inch: 1.8 turns
24 threads per inch: 2.4 turns
32 threads per inch: 3.2 turns

Just take the tpi and move the decimal point.  If you want to go a little deeper on the pre-load, just give it a bit more turn.  Hydraulic lifters are not very picky.
