se heavy breather 58 mm backing plate possible issue?

installing a 58mm se heavy breather on the  backing plate behind o ring caps only front cylinder has oil vent  hole drilled to vent to throttle body is this normal by design ?  rear one has no hole it def not there is this by design ? thought both holes were to vent to throttle body ? anyone seen this  or possible defect

Not normal- What is the part number of the kit you're using?

29253-08b im not crazy just the front oil drain breather has hole rear one was not drilled only one cylender will vent into intake should i buy another backing plate its only 50 bucks its like front will pull over rear fumes might cause an issue

both cylinders need to be vented- you can drill it or replace it.
