OT Steering part for '89 Mustang GT

Posting this for jamesd12. He has an '89 Mustang GT V8 and the short rod going from the steering box up to the column is shot.
Question is, is it the same part # that a 4 cyl or V6 uses? Can't order it anymore and all the junkyards think its too old. He wants to know so when he sees one at church or the doctors office parking lot if its worth it to steal. LOL. Actually just so when he finds one he can buy with confidence.

Is it the rubber joint thats shot (also known as the rag joint)? And yes 4,6 ,& 8 cylinder are the same.

Napa can or used to be able to get those from dorman.Came in a kitwith the bolts.
