I have a set of Krusher Mellows I put on about 5 years/50K miles ago. It's a '09 FLHTC, 96" w/SE255. I'm going to upgrade it this summer and wondering if the Mellows need recored. I really like them and I'm thinking its best to do it all at once but seeking others opinions. I'm not going for an all out build, just a higher performing touring bike.
Thanks
John

Not needed and I don't know how you'd be able to anyway

Mufflers are like wine and violins. They get better with age.

Not sure my Thunderheader got better when the reverse cone baffle shot out somewhere on the road...
Don't even ask what happened to my violin!
