2021 roadglide ignition switch

Cant get it to go to the lock position using key. Two bikes are doing it 21 roadglide and 21 streetglide. Anyone know the fix?

Did you push down on the assembly as You turn it?

Yes. Key just won't turn to lock position. One bike yesterday. The other bike today. Neither one will go to lock.

I have a '21 RG Limited, it finally locked but it was scared I couldn't unlock it.
