Iron Head fork oil

I'm trying to cross reference HD Type E front fork oil to other brands (10 wt., 15 wt. etc.), anybody have a cheat sheet?  Would like to play with the handling to find out what works best for mine.  1978 Cafe Racer, same forks and frame as 1979 and up I believe.  TIA
