Thinking about both of these myself. Currently doing 127hp/126ft.lbs. in my tiny 107" with the Tman 590s and their 43° IVC.
The CR630 would need a spring change tho. My CCP is there. 212psi currently with the 590s.
My heads are up to the task too flowing damn near 320cfm @ 28" 7000rpm thanks to Don here. I know e limes the 598s. I'd like to do the 630s.
Think I could see 135hp out of a 107"? That would be worth the effort. I don't think 130hp has been done in a 107 has it? I haven't seen one anyway.

I also have a one of Dons 107 kits, pretty happy with it, I still needing a bigger TB to make the power on the top end like you are

The more and more that I read from other 590 users the more and more I have to use them in my Slim!So are you guys using this cam with stock tb or did you go to a 58? I am on the fence if I should change it or not.
Thanks,
Whip

I am running the stock 50mm, from what I'm reading it looks like there will be some decent gains running a 58mm

If I'm not mistaken the gains would be on the top end of the rpm. I'm not planning on running this bike at WFO on the street. What air intake system are you using? As of right now I am planning on using S&S Stealth.

Looking at other dyno sheets will give you a good indication if you need to go bigger with the throttlebody and the injectors.
Your tuner will not be happy if the throttlebody is not up to the job and you exceed the duty cycle of the injectors. You will have to sort it and go back another day.
A phone call to your tuner will give you the answer. He should know.

IME  Stock heads will support 100 hp.  Stock TB is around 115 hp.

Agreed. I'm thinking this build will be around 120.

What year?  TBW?  HPI 55/58 is a great option.

I think there is an HPI 58mm elliptical for sale right now on this forum?

Whiplash, when you say stock heads will support 100/100 tq and hp.... Do you literally mean untouched stock heads? Or stock heads with bigger valves?
Thanks

Adam, with a good exhaust, and a good tune, you can get 100/100 or very close with stock heads. No changes to them at all.

This 107 inch had an Andrews 55 in it. STD 50mm TB. I different cam, and or a little more compression it would have went 100/100.You cannot see attachments on this board.

I can't take credit for that statement but I completely agree with it. Currently I am running stock heads with stock head gasket with a set of S&S 551's and I'm making over 100 torque.

Thanks OHIO and Whiplash, that's good to know. I was thinking for my next build of using Andrews 57H in a 103HO with stock pistons and a compression bump from simply milling the stock heads a bit and using a .030" HG.

I didn't even bother with the heads. I just put that cam in and let er rip. I do have a Road Rage II and and SE backing plate on it along with a tune. (103).

Yeah, but I want to put in a .030" HG in and while the heads are off the 57h likes about 10 / 10.2 compression right?

I have no experience with that cam so I can't comment on it. 10.2 corrected compression?
Thanks,
Whip

You can even squeeze it a little more, maybe 10.5. It's a great combo but like most, exhaust sensitive.

Thanks. I was thinking a 2-1 like the V&H  pro pipe.
