legend shocks

I put  a set of legend  shocks  on a  few  years  ago  adjusted  by the  video  and  the  bike  rode great , after  a  couple  of  years  they started  getting  soft  and  I  sent  back  to  be  rebuilt . I  got  them  back  adjusting  the  same  way  and  can't  get  the  same  ride before  it would  float  over  the  bumps  not it's  stiff , should  I  try  putting  more  tension  on spring  and  back off on the  dial or the  other  way  around? looking  for  someone  who  is  good  at adjusting  shocks , thanks .

Setting the SAG is really important to get a good ride with Legend REVO's .   13" shocks need 1" and 12" shocks get set to 1/2"  they have some videos to show how to adjust. Sometimes you need to spray some lube on the threads to make the adjustment turns easier.

I  have  the  13 in shocks  I  set  sag at 1 in like  when  new  just  doesn't  ride  same , I'll  try  asking  legend  just  thought  I'd  wasn't  the  first  this happened  to
