2001 softail start without fob ?

 A friend of mine has a 2001 or a believe its a 2002 softail carb heritage and would like to know how to start the bike if he lost the fob.

i think the 1st question would be to figure out whats his pin then after knowing that how to we start it if he loses the fob.

Note: he has the old fob with the button on it

  I have an 02 FXD, and was worried about the same thing. It inadvertently  armed itself one time.. Afterwards, I traded my TSSM for a straight TSM to someone in here. Simple plug and play
