Which PV channels should I record/analyze?
2013 fxdc, S&S 110, S&S 585, S&S intake, V&H 2>1.

Usual suspects. RPM, TP, ET, AFR (lambda) desired, O2F, O2R, KRF, KRR. Are you using widebands?
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

If you wish, you can set the AFR desired (lambda) table to 1.0 for testing purposes. Flash that in , ride & record. Look at the data to verify your system is able to hit/hold 1.0 @ the O2 sensors, or edit the VE tables until it does. Once satisfied, restore the AFR desired table.
