Any help where to start troubleshooting this code

That's not a valid code. Valid codes are 4 digits and will start with a letter.

Also information about what the bike is doing, or not doing, would be good to offer up.

You probably mean P0562 Battery/ECM Voltage Low. Pretty self explanatory. It may be time for a new battery or check connections.
