Question about Glide Pro installation

I have a 2020 Electra Glide and I just got done installing the Glide Pro stabilizing system on the rear swing arm.  After I torqued the nuts to 40 ft-lbs. I noticed that the right side nut did not go all the way down to the top of the nut.  The left side did go to the top of the nut and just a shade past the top.

I've attached pictures.  Could anyone please tell me if the right side nut looks like it's supposed to and if it looks like everything is seated?  Both stabilizers are in the notch.

I should also mention that while I was in there I put a new set of spherical bearings in the swing arm.

Thanks HighLiner.  I also sent an email to Glide Pro support and they said it will be fine too.
