That looks like an ECU for the 23.5 and 24 VVT engines.  No information I could gather with out applying to become dealer.

So if VVT not controlled by ECU what does?  Link makes it look like ECU does?

I believe it is oil pressure that controls VVT on this engine.

Yes, it is a stand alone ECU to replace stock.  Made to work with all other PLC's on the bike.  This will only be available through exclusive dealership.  Dealer applications asks about dyno and tuning experience.  This is next logical step for this tuning industry and follows the auto world.

I don't know yet.  I am paying attention to several different solutions.  Including TTS and DJ. Stock ECU flash based tuning will be best solution for 90% of my customers.  The other 10% can be addressed with a custom install.
