As I understand, the Merch 120 and 131 share a 4.25" bore. Does anyone know if they share head bolt pattern with the Ultima 4.25" bore EVO engine?

Can't guarantee he's still open for business these days even though Gerry is only located about 100 miles from me but if you access his web page (Merch Performance) and open his contact page, you can ask the man himself. He don't bite.

Buy a head gasket and find out.

I think I tell the guy to find out himself.

I thought Merc folded up about 10 years ago.

There is still a website up and running, located in New Brunswick.

And they had the best cases, where it was impossible to pull a stud out, like most Harley MoCo cases do.
I did quite a bit of work for Merch, when Ken Francis was involved with the Company. They had a decent operation.
