Factory disc rims

Does anyone know if the rear factory solid dish rims on the 2003 1200 sporty would fit on the front. I have a project sporty going and really like those rims and would like to run 16's on the front and rear like the later 48 models and dont want to go the spoke style. I really like the solid wheel look of the factory rear. Any thoughts on this?
