Had aquatics radio installed in 2012 Roadglide  ,new battery loosing charge after about 3 days , is the aquatic draining that much power when bike is off ?

Just measure the off drain and see.

The electricians and other professionals may laugh at me for this this but the little meter pictured below that costs maybe $7 at Harbor Freight is incredibly useful for measuring stuff like this.  Anyway with your bike turned off disconnect the battery's positive terminal and hook the meter in series with the battery terminal and now disconnected cable.  You can start with the 10ADC range if you want but it will probably show zero, if so go to the 200 milliamp range and work your way down  toward the micro amp range till you get a good reading that does not overload the meter.  This will show your total parasitic draw.  Now remove the radio fuse (your bike may have 2 fuses for the radio, one for the power and one for the memory).  Remove the memory fuse first then both of them, noting the meter reading each time.  Subtract the readings from the original total parasitic draw and that will tell you how much current the radio is drawing.

Did you add an amplifier?  Have seen quite a few amps be the culprit of a battery drain.

   I did exactly what post #2 suggested and found my Hogtunes amp had a constant draw. I installed a toggle switch, no more draw (when I remember to turn it off).
I'm starting to believe my body is gonna outlast my mind.
