I was looking at converting to the Baker heavy clutch throw out bearing . Because of i live in Australia i can purchase The Koyo FNT-1024 or SKF needle bearing but i dont know the width of the Thrust washers needed . Bakers part number is BD411-56. The Needle Bearing is 2mm . I Know about machining  the inner ramp to take larger size, plus make a spacer washer to fit shaft . Thanks in advance.

I did my own setup before Bert did his, he was able to pony up the $$$$$ to have Timken make the thrust washers for him to suit the OD of the shaft whereas what we can get from Timken is what they make standard to suit the OD and ID of the bearing

this is how my setup looked like, I needed to enlarge the ID of the Muller Ramp slightly so the E-Clip fitted in,
Berts Thrust Washer make it easy-peasy
