Long overdue update on my 1978 XLCR, last post was 2021 I think

I think I mentioned before that my work ethic is terrible.  Still playing at fixing the Sporty but I did crack it open.  The cylinders are new stock Harley, new S&S internals, 4 5/8" stroke, 74 cu in, Andrews V9 cams (4.5" lift).  The intake and heads are nicely ported, has the S&S B carb, have to see if that works.  I have been trying to track down missing parts, will have to fabricate some stuff.  I live on a chunk of land in the country with multiple buildings and other vehicles that demand my attention and at 76 yrs old my energy level is low.  I will keep on it as time allows.  Thank you all for the advice earlier.

I'll see what I can do, but you have to promise to ignore my messy shop.  I have more stuff in the shop/garage than I have room for and no other place to put it.
