Having an issue with rebuild engine sputtering under acceleration around 3500 RPM. I added a new MAP sensor to the rebuild otherwise it was rebuilt the exact same as prior. Would the MAP sensor cause this or should I be looking at fuel pump and filter?

If the government gives you everything you want,
it can take everything you have.

Yes, manifold gaskets and related.
We need more info. What bike, year, mileage, efi or carb (assuming efi with mention of pump), etc., any mods. Has the fuel filter and regulator ever been changed?

Yes, year, model, mileage and upgrades will help with online diagnosis help. Check manifold air leaks and fuel pressure for a start.

112000 miles. I have never changed fuel pump or filters.

Will try to check for intake leaks this afternoon when I get home.

You are past the recommended fuel filter change....

Seems like it may have been a leak in the intake seal. I reseated the throttle body last night and I did not experience the issue this morning.

Added changing the fuel filter to my to do list next.
