How is the quality of these Jaggs oil filter adapters?
I bought 750-2000 wideline. Installed and leaks, added teflon tape instead of paste on threads and still leaks maybe different area now hard to tell.
I was reading over the instructions this morning, and also the service kits O-ring instructions for the adapter.

The oil cooler kit install Step 7. Lubricate the large O-ring with a light smear of oil

The service kit install Step 5 Clean the oil filter sealing surface thoroughly and ensure the new large o-ring's flat sealing surface is free of debris. Do not add oil to the rubber o-ring

So one instructions says to lubricate the O-ring, but the part# SK400 service replacement O-ring kit says DO NOT oil O-ring

Mine leaked after the oil got hot enough to bypass into the cooler.
Found out the adapter housing Allen bolts that holds the 2 parts of the adapter with the paper gasket had one bolt too long and would not hold the parts together properly.
Shorter bolt took care of that and still using the system on my softails.
The leak was in the housing parts not the hoses or fittings.
Check the bolts , may be the same issue.

Good luck!

Which oil cooler adapter did you have?
When I talked to Jagg before I ordered he said the older kits that had problems were gone by now and not to worry
That why the part# change from 750-2000 to part # 750-2000-0323
He would not tell me the problem, just that it was corrected. The added numbers is because they made the change in March 2023

I have left Jagg voice message and waiting for call back

I have 2 of them purchased before 2023, so, maybe they fixed the problem I had, your leak MAY be something different altogether?
Worth a shot to remove the entire assembly from the bike, drop the small bolts in the holes and see how far they protrude? There MAY still be a blind hole in the housing and a too long bolt.

Just wanted to update thread
Oil cooler and adapter is working as it should.
I was having a small leak at the pipe plug. Cleaned the threads and snugged it up tight and it's fine now.
It's in an area where a small leak is very hard to pinpoint
