Is it a big deal to add a bike to PV? I know it can be done, but I'm curious about the procedure. Also, can they replace one bike with another one or do I add a bike and delete the old one (I'll be selling the old bike.)
Thanks.

The first thing is to make sure that the PV you have will work with a new bike.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't except that the current bike is a twin cam and the new bike is an M8. Maybe worth an inquiry to Dynojet.

If the donor PV unit is for your 2013 Dyna, it's a PV-2B. The PV for 2021 and up is PV-3B.

You can buy the proper cable, and a license, to tune the new2you M8 with your old PV. The PV Firmware must be updated, and DJ can help with that. You may have to leave Cali to get it done, tho ;)
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

ANY Power Vision touch screen device can tune ANY bike (with the exception of 2024 new gen ECM's which are currently in development). You just need the appropriate data cable and firmare/tune database in the device. You can license additional vehicles either thru the Dynojet software or thru the Fuel Moto website.

I always bought my licenses from the FMoto site. It's was easy to install.

Many thanks everyone. It looks like I'm golden; I just need a new data cable and license.
