Looking for some assistance on a new WHIM install on my 2023 Road Glide Limited. I installed the WHIM, had the radio flashed, updated the software, paired my Sena Outrush helmet to the BOOM audio, but I have not music or communication coming through my helmet. I did a software update on my helmet and also made changes.

From my understanding, I should have communication from my helmet to the BOOM Audio.

Is there something that I am missing? Or do I not have a complete understanding of how the system is suppose to operate?

Thanks for the help..

There is a menu item for "audio routing" to speakers or headset.

To route audio on a Harley-Davidson Boom! Box GTS system, navigate to "Setup" > "Audio Settings" > "Audio Routing" and select either "Speaker" or "Headset" (if equipped).
Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    Accessing Audio Routing:
From the main screen, go to "Setup".

Navigate to "Audio Settings".
Select "Audio Routing".

Routing Options:

Speaker: Select this option to route audio to the motorcycle's speakers.

Headset: Select this option to route audio to a connected headset.

Other Audio Settings:

You can also adjust speaker volumes, rider/passenger headset volumes, speed-by-volume, treble, and bass settings within the audio settings menu.

Headset Pairing:

Before using a wireless headset, you'll need to pair it with the motorcycle's Boom! Audio system.

Refer to the Boom! Audio Expand Bluetooth Headset guide for specific pairing instructions.

Troubleshooting:

If you are having trouble with audio routing, ensure that the headset is properly paired and connected.

You can also reset the motorcycle's radio by turning the ignition on, pushing 1 and 3 at the same time, and then pressing the up arrow once.
