Have a 99 ultra classic took the fuel injection off nine years ago and carbureted it it now has a s&s 111 in it I have no spark changed the crank sensor twice. Make sure it was good. I have two Dyna tech ignitions changed them. Still nothing went and bought a new coil still nothing I have 11.4 V at the coil plug. What am I missing?

11.4 is pretty low isn't it? What is your battery at?

Well, we tried tracing everything down the only thing we weren't getting was a pulse from the crankshaft so we went and got another crank sensor and as the story always goes bad one right out of the bag put this one in it fired up. Thanks for the replies, though I appreciate you.

Well that is frustrating

Frustrating though not uncommon - but OP says changed TWICE! Now that would be uncommon, frustrating and difficult to buy a third on spec.

I experienced a failure out of the box with an aftermarket CPS once. Went back to OEM.
