Comp Ramp

Has HD addressed the problem of the weak comp ramp ? After market are big $ in Australia.

Not that I have heard.  Still fixing with aftermarket ramp.

My bike is like a boat - everything I consider improving is at least another thousand bucks!
We all know of many people who have upgraded the compensator ramps. I know the techs will tell you of many broken oem ones, but unless you are building a stage 4 131, do you feel it's really needed?

I think a stock Harley should make 100,000 miles, and believe they are made to do so. 

If you upgrade power output.  A ramp and billet basket only is what I recommend.  HD did a great job w/ their slipper clutch.

sad reality is if you go anything over stock you should probably upgrade the comp ramp.

I replaced one comp ramp on a stock 114- the owner does beat the bike on a regular basis, so I'm not surprised.

$500 plus in Australia. HD knows it is a ticking time bomb yet do nothing.
