shock bushings

I call them bushings but I think in this application they are called something else. What do you call the part in the end of the shocks, usually rubber with a steel sleeve that shock stud goes through? Thanks

I think that You're pretty close.
Rubber Shock Bushings is the term that I am familiar with.
Others may call them Rubber Isolators.
Somebody else may have another word for them.

I just entered "shock absorber bushings" on the Auto Zone site and got a whole page of them, so I think that's as good a term as any.
I'm starting to believe my body is gonna outlast my mind.

54556-84 may be Sportsters and Dyna's.
54508-89A may be Softails.
