Time for new pads, the std.sintered type very familiar  with the +&- of these pads.Looking at a carbon fiber type.I need some heads up on this type compared to the stock HD .Both bikes use the same,2000 sporty&2003 Big bagger normal riding .Thanks.

Are you having issues with the current type or just shopping around for opinions?

Opinion: I use EBC's Sintered but that's because HD's pads are more expensive. Otherwise,
 6 of 1...halfdozen of another.

Ceramics should be a consideration for your two applications (similar performance for the most part as semi-metallics but dust free) and wonder why you'd even consider Carbon Fib's where the applications are more extreme - and more costly?

Just curious (like you, likely)
We're all A-holes. It's to what degree that makes us different.

2 sets shipped free $17.49 .e bay as long as they work as good as stock I'm ok.and don't tear up the rotors. Carbon fiber, not ceramic, the 2 are not the same material ,or maybe I am missing something???.

I'll look into the ceramic type. Tks.

DP and EBC make some great pads, good quality and price.

I have EBC sintered on my Road King, don't like at all. When the pads are cold (like 95% of the time) they don't have much "grab". I also have EBC organic on my Softail, night and day better feel and stop factor. I bought a set of the organics a couple years ago for the RK but have not gotten around to installing them. Hardly ride the thing anymore.

Just some China  brand that have thick linning, shipped free and work great.good for short run on a sporty.   I would go with OE on my heavy dresser.

EBC semi sintered are a fine replacement for stock HD pads. If you want a little more stopping power, EBC fully sintered have a little more bite but at the cost of wearing your rotor a little more.
But what do I know? I drive a party bus.
