Yes I tried to search for the answer. There's just too many ways to search for minimum head cc, you have to hit on the correct phrase. So I'll ask as I don't know.

For standard 103" TC heads, what is the minimum chamber size recommended? I seem to think it's 80cc, but I'm not sure.

I need to squeeze a set of TTS-150 cams, trying to hit 10.3:1 compression.

S&S offer a 79cc . I'm at 82cc on my 107" build

Not sure myself. But I did have to trim my HPI intake at 82cc.
Original stock one still fit.            Coff 06

If the valves haven't been sunk in you can take .060 off & get 79cc's.

I generally find, that .060" milled off stock Twin cam heads, is the limit before having to narrow the intake manifold or t-body. 99 % of the time, a .030" head gasket will still work/seal as well.

Thanks John. I plan an 0.030" Cometic as well as knock some material from the heads. Possibly pistons with a slight dome depending on what the original pistons and bore looks like. The motor has about 25k miles on it.
