Ultima R1 revisit

So I got the R1 rejetted based on the S&S chart posted in the other thread. I removed a .295 intermediate, a .40 air bleed and 74 main. Went back with a 31 intermediate, 60 air bleed and 74 main. Didn't make much difference in the part throttle chugging. It's almost impossible to maintain like 20mph in 2nd gear through my neighborhood. If I'm going uphill, no problem. It's the flat ground maintaining speed that is so hard to keep a smooth run. Roll into the throttle just a hair, fine. Roll back out a hair and it's loping like crazy.
