I always stay at Country Mountain Inn.  Not real close to downtown but a nice place to stay.

If memory serves, the true "downtown" hotels (like Basin Park) all have you park off-site and shuttle you in.  If you want your bike close for security, you want to check that out in advance.  I remember some B&B's close to downtown as well, but I've only camped or been on day trips in the area.

In my experience, the whole town is pretty biker friendly.  Beautiful riding there.

I've stayed at the Alpendorf, or Iron Horse Stables, which is out of town to the east about 5 miles.
There's also a place called Biker's Haven that's nice.  They have a camp fire ring and a "bar" where you can bring your own beverages and hang out in the evenings.  Also covered parking for the bikes.
This ain't Dodge City, and you ain't Bill Hickock.

Iron Horse Stables and Rider's Rest are 2 friendly biker motels on the east side of ES on US62. Country Mountain INN (as mentioned above) is also good.

If memory serves me right, The Grand Hotel is right down town with parking, kinda high at $110 a night. I think the whole town is pretty much biker friendly.   Larry

The one you are thinking of is the "Grand Central Hotel"....

Or, there is the Best Western Eureka Inn at the top of the hill (AR 23) going into town.  You can walk into town, or go across the street to Planer Hill parking lot and catch a trolley from there.

Iron Horse is a nice place.  Not modern by a long shot (a revamped 1950's motor lodge), but the owners (Phil and Janie) treat you like family.  The first time I went there the chick at the desk was a guest (rider).  She was just covering while the owners went to town.  They're far enough from the center of town to get some rest, but handy enough for anything you might need.

Eureka and surrounding areas are a great place to ride.  Prices can vary greatly, depending on how fancy you want.  There are so many places to stay, I would just ride around and find a place where I wanted to hang out and park it, usually there is a motel close by.  When I take the OL on rides, we usually stay in the historic district and you don't have to worry about parking tickets.

Like  said. . .   IronHorse Stables. . .   Riders Rest.
KettleCampground  has  camping/RV spaces,  also  has  cabins/RV's  that  can  be  rented  out  reasonable.  It  is  the  last  stop  outta  town  for  the  trolly.  Every  space  has  a  fire ring  to  be  able  to  have  a  fire  to  tell  lies  around

Country Mountain Inn  just  within  the  past  few  weeks  has  gone  under  new  management. . .   not  so  much  on  being  biker  friendly.  Small  group  I  know  that  are  pretty  tame  got  there  Friday. . .  they  got the  popop  called,  tossed  out and  are  now  at  IronHorse Stables.  From  the  lil  I  heard,  2  of  the  girls  were  accused of smoking  in  their  room (not  ones  that  would)  and  the incident  went  down hill  from  there.
Drinking doesn't cause hangovers... waking up  does...
