Look up MeanCityCylces. They do memory foam, gel, whatever. They'll upgrade just your seat or the passenger. Not bad prices either.

I think I talked to Chuck at CC a while back and they did not want to do it at that time . But I just sent an E-Mail to allen at MeanCityCylces  to see if its do-able.

+1 Mean City Cycles...do some searching on the boards. I've read many posts where guys don't like the gel pads as much as a good memory foam or an air hawk.

These guys do a good job and have been at it for years.

As far as I know, Mean City Cycles will only modify stock HD seats.

We tried the Gel seats and didn't like them as well as "Memory Foam".
A good Automotive or Marine upholstery shop could accommodate you...It's less expensive too!
We spent 5 weeks on the road in 2007, putting 8,500 miles on a 2000 Softail. We had a Sundowner seat redone, extended pegs (F+R) and a Road King back pad and Sissy bar.... just a thought!

A friend did'nt like the seat on his 08 Ultra. Had a shop take the seat apart and install the gel seat parts. I looked at the finished seat and could not tell it was worked on.
His opinion was short. He says it is like sitting on a brick!!! The gel only compresses so much, then it is hard. Now he is looking for other choices.
If it were me, I would make a post and ask Who likes/dislikes before dropping coin and ruining the existing seat. These days money is more scarce than chicken teeth.

Looks like its meancity. They will do some aftermarket seats now. Its a little more money for mustang seats due to the steel pan.
I am gonna do the memory foam only after talking w/Allen it seemed like the best option, the seat in not that thick.
Thanks for the info guys.

Before you go spending a bunch of money on seat modifications you might want to try some bicycle shorts. Ain't perfect but nice improvement for about $20-$35.
