Possibly the biggest buncha nippleheads I've ever seen.....

Ran out to Madison WI today, to look at a bike with an acquaintance. On the way home, on Hwy A, I approach the stop sign in the town of Tibbets. Long line at the stop. I'm prolly 30 vehicles back. Hwy 12 (a major artery) is detoured and running with A, so there's a lot of traffic.

Traffic is moving as well as can be expected at a 4-way stop, except I notice that there's no traffic comin' at me. I'm East bound, but the West bound lane is dead stopped at the intersection. As I get closer, I can tell that it's a buncha bikes at the stop. Now I'm thinkin' there's been a crash or somethin'. They never move. I go from vehicle number 30 in line, down to number 20, down to 10, down to 5, and these bikes never move an inch. Traffic behind 'em is backed up for what looks like miles.

As I get up to the intersection, I see what the hold-up is. The female passenger from the lead bike is off the bike and taking freakin' pictures of their little group. I'd say 20 bikes, maybe 30. Just sittin' there, blocking traffic for God knows how long, while this woman takes picture after picture. I couldn't believe it.

I just hope I'm not the bike that one of those frustrated motorists exacts their revenge upon. And if anyone from that little group ever reads this, please get a clue, and then pass it along to the rest of the nippleheads.

I can't tolerate that kind of selfishness from anyone, especially if they are in my own group. I'd have to say something nasty and then split.

I barked a little at her and her old man as I rolled by, and just shook my head at the rest of the "rubber knife gang." It was absolutely unbelievable. I'm still shakin' my head.

Their RV's with trailers were probably parked a mile up the road.  Another photo-op on their way to Sturgis.
