Redline has now changed the name of heavy shockproof,  :wtf:  Now its called manual transmission lube with shockproof. We got in a bunch of cases labeled like this in my shop, called redline they said same product just labeled differently to avoid consumer confussion

Redline Heavy Shockproof has been the only gearbox oil that we have used here for almost 15 years.

On their website they still list MTL manual transmission lube (I use this in the primary), and they list these under ShockProof Gear Oil - lightweight, super lightweight, and heavy. I use the heavy shockproof gear oil in the transmission. I know they label oil now for vtwins. I have seen MTL for vtwins, and heavy shockproof for vtwins. It's the same oil, just has vtwin added to the label with adjusted price.

couple sticks of butter work good.  about any gear oil works too.

Redline Shockproof Heavy in mine, for 60k miles. I change it every 3rd oil change. Bike shifts smooth like butter, neutral easy to find, no "clunk" when I drop it into gear. I don't expect I'll ever run anything else.

It's not a high tech gearbox, just about any gear oil will give good service.
I'm running Amsoil 75/90. If you go with dino gl5 is good stuff and compatable with just about everything. Heavier weights are not necessarily better unless you ride in a hot climate.
