Sierra Trading Post sells overstocks and seconds at discount prices. Their stock is always changing but they always seem to have a few tents for sale.
They are a good outfit, I've never had any problems dealing with them. There are several other board members that buy their stuff too.

I use The North Face "Tadpole". Would be cramped for two but could be done. For only myself it works great. About the size of a large loaf of bread. Easy set up.
