Book value of 06 SE V-rod

  I'm trying to find the value of an 06 Screaming Eagle V-rod for a friend looking to purchase it.  I tried the Blue book but I get lost in the alphabet soup. I see trade-in numbers from $8200 to better than $10k.  I think this thing msrp'd at $25-26K? It has less than 1700 miles on it. The bike is basically unridden and not technically for sale... yet.. he just wants to make a legit offer.

any help here?

UPDATE Got another cup of coffee, pulled my head out of my ass and found the book values.   Trade in is $15K and retail is $19.6K   thanks anyhow.
