Finally, Waving Explained

A "friend" sent this as I was not really able to explain the waving phenomena among folks that ride bikes and wave.

I sort of lost interest in his video when he passed that car on the right in the bike lane. Over here in Sacramento, they roll at least one bike and rider out per day. The newspaper always dutifully reports whether or not the rider was wearing a helmet and that's the end of the report and, usually, of the rider and his bike.

By the way, one thing you should never do is take your hand off of the handklebar to wave when you are bent over in a corner doing 80 mph. It's not safe.
