Looking for a Small Tool Utility Cart/Tray

I'm looking for a SMALL Utility Tool Cart for when working on the bike.

I'm thinking about something the size of one of those hydralic stools. hydralic would be great so that it can be easily adjusted. I dont want a full size one since it is too tall and too large.

Something like the picture but smaller.

Or if I can find a tool tray like the top, i can unbolt a seat off the stool and bolt this the tray on it.

Don't know how it got there but one of those supermarket trollys unded up in my garage    Stainless steel and it can take some serious weight
