One of my bro's just bought a custom softail and He's having some problems. He said it started to get some clutch slippage so we went through the adjustment and it doesn't want to shift up at all !any info would be appreciated! I pulled the discs out and the friction discs are measuring ok somewhere around .700 .There was a easy pull installed, are there any adj.changes with that installed??

About the easiest way to figure out if it's the clutch or the transmission is: With the bike stopped and the engine off.  Can you move the shifter now?  If you can't, something in the transmission is wrong.  If it shifts well with the engine off (but not when the engine is running), then you might be right that it's the clutch.  On the later model Evo, the thing that seems most likely to go bad is the spring plate that is in the middle of the clutch pack.  If you've been through the clutch and everything looks good, then I would switch back to something wrong with the transmission.  Just having the easy pull clutch arm installed is not enough to stop the transmission from shifting.  The later model clutch is a very good unit and I would not say that it's common to have one slip with a 80 inch motor.  You might try lifting the rear wheel up in the air and try to go through the gears while pulling and pushing on the rear wheel.  That will also tell you if the transmission is moving freely.
