Will these work on a 2005 95cu with efi ,,110 for a 08 model?

They would bolt on. Work well not likely and valve reliefs would need serious attention.

Mighty big for an engine of that size but would be interested in seeing results.

If you welded them up for smaller valves, smaller ports, smaller chamber, changed the springs to match your cam... they might work.

As is, no.  The valves will probably hit the pistons, and everthing else is size mismatched.  Some would argue they don't even work well on a 110".

Stop by a dealer and grab an SE Catalog or download it from HD's website.  It shows the heads that are applicable for 95".   On the 110" SE heads it says "N.A."  on the chart showing engine cc/head compatibility.

Having your existing heads worked over to match your combo would be much better.  HD performance builders/machinists that have done porting work forever can do magic with stock heads.

Would agree stock heads ported as being the far better option
They could be bolted on and they are a good head just not suited to the 95" motor IMO without cost prohibitive rework and associated parts purchases.
Remember we have used heads like this before with proper valve reliefs AKA HTCC CNC. They worked but were high rpm pieces. They worked much better on bigger motors like 103" and larger. 110 even better, of course they were designed for those.
I would not waste the time or money it would take to get the 110 heads to work on the 95.
