ot: auto tech talk?

I was wondering If anyone knows of a site similar to this but covers auto tech info? I am finding myself working on cars alot lately due to unemployment and someone t boning my girlfriends car. I can usually stumble through most prblems but get stuck sometimes.

I've had good luck just punchin' in the auto make and problem at Google.

Other than that you could search for something like "Mustang forums"....etc.

The way modern vehicles are you need a lot of equipment to fault find and even then there is guess work / experience involved. A lot of techs that find fixes won't broadcast it to others.

mstngjoe had a good suggestion about looking for vehicle specific forums. Also, Autozone puts a lot of info for the DIYer on their website.
