It seems like I've read on TT that some other guys work out too.  I'm wondering how you keep your hips on the bench when doing leg curls?  As a runner, I don't use a lot of weight but do a lot of reps.  As my legs begin to fatigue my hips tend to come off the bench.  Is there a way to prevent that, or should I just wrap a belt around me and the bench?  Or is that even considered bad form?

Too much horsepower is almost enough.

I used a belt that was actually part of the equipment.
That wasn't good for me, I ended up pinching a nerve in my lower back from forcing against it.
Kept me out of the gym for awhile and even worse of the bike for over a week.

After seeing what John wrote, Taz, that may be the best idea.
