Hoping for some opinions on a dash charge system light I get on my 2000 Mazda pickup.  WOT causes a dash charge system light to come on that I do not see at any other time.  The light is only lit a WOT and goes out as soon as I get out of the accelerator.  I can accelerate hard without issue as long as I do not put it to the floor.  Alternator puts out 14.3 volts, battery is new.
Any help appreciated.

Maybe your belt is slipping at full acceleration? Or maybe you have a weak bearing on the Alt so that it can't take the high velocity at WOT (sticking maybe)? one other thought is that your internal regulator can't keep up with the power demand at WOT.

Thanks kik.
I will get into it tomorrow.
I am thinking regulator at this point as well.

Yup, kik nailed it. There is an adjustable pully that you can crank on.
