I am buying a 90 FXR sans motor for $2,200. Stick my 124" in there and let er rip!!

I'll put the stock 80" back in my 98 FXD and give the bike to my step son. He's not
as crazy as I am.   :wink:

I was at a shop picking up some paint work yesterday and they had this first year 1983 FXR, lasts of the Shovelheads, first 5spd, lots of new innovative goodies for the day, you could tell it was a pet project for Eric Buell and the other engineers just by looking at how they are built.

the "new" owner took it as collateral for a 6k loan to a guy...who never paid him back. Bike is in good shape with low miles.

      I see it still has the mid mount pegs........so you have 2 options on where to put ya feet......
