Google Harley Davidson Harmon Kardon and see if there are any software updates for your year/model. They are free downloads and you just burn it to a cd and follow the dierctions to update in your radio. Spidey.

Had the same problem about 6 weeks back on my '07 Ultra.  Did all the usual checks on blown or corroded fuse contacts, damaged wiring or plugs.  Had power to the radio but from that point on nothing worked.  Even had the "time" displayed in the odometer window.  Took it to the dealer, they sent it to Harmon Karden. It was replaced under the terms of my extended service contract. My out of pocket was $50. If your bike is still under warranty I think your problem is solved.  Personally I don't give a sh*t about the radio but the boss likes her tunes when we ride together.  We all know that having a happy and contented "wifely one" makes for a much more pleasant putt on a sunny afternoon.
