The Buell version will fit(it's the same as the one that came off, even has the same part# stamped on it.).  I went the same route you are going.  New one first, then the Buell.

Run it for a while it seems to calm down.  Or that is my perception.        crg

The new mount I got from the Buell dealer looked exactly like the 79B, had the same Barry part number in the rubber. What it DID NOT HAVE was the six raised bumps and the word "cured" in the rubber. It had lasted 2700 miles and came apart. Not sure if this had anything to do with it or not but I would check any Buell mount you get. I have since aquired two original 79B mounts in HD packaging and they both have the bumps and the word cured on them. One has been in the 02 Ultra for 4000 miles now and still looks good. The other is a spare. The ride is back to what it used to be. The newer mounts are too stiff to give the same ride that the old 79B mount did.

HI :
I installed a new frt mount on my '06 FLHR a few weeks ago (upside down the 1st time , of course) it was very vibratey . It was really bad in the cold morning and seemed to get better when warm. I loosened all the bolts on brkt and mount. I then took a pry bar ,while bike was on lift and bounced the motor around a bit. I then retightened all the bolts . ALL BETTER !! It is fine now . Give it a try.
