I noticed that the nuts on my head pipes seem to alway start to loosen up, any one have this problem and what did ya do to fix? I had james or something exhaust gaskets and picked up a couple stock ones from the dealer. The stock ones seem about twice as thick...could this be the cuplrit? I have not put the stock ones on yet

Go to the hardware store and get those nuts that are a little bit oblong (like they are squeezed) too early to remember the name.  :tea: Do it now, not after they rattle loose or you will blow out the gaskets, dont ask.
Same problem here all the time.

Howdy,

FWIW, I just put a little spot of #2 permatex softset on the threads and torque them to specks. see the manual.
