i tried to install the 58mm TB from Kuryakyn along with the high flow Fuel injectors on my
2006 Electra Glide Standard

95 Ci 9.2 compression SE Pistons Flat Tops
SE 204 cams
Cometic 0.30
Power Commander
V&H Classic Slip Ons (Baffles Out)
Kuryakyn Hypercharger

on low gears it was a night mare to run, higher gears and rpm it was smooth.
i took them off and did a dyno run.

as you see iv got 91HP and 99ft/LB
i just wanna know is it gonna work if i reinstalled the throttle body but without the fuel injectors this time?

That's a lot of throttle body for a 95. Even with a good tune you will have low speed issues. I'd leave it off.

I'm no expert on FI. only been playin' with it fer a year.

Well I'd bet part of you problem is the high flow injectors.. I'm running a high compression 95 with the WT57mm  TB in a closed loop system and injector pulse duration is fine. After saying that I'm also not sure the bigger TB would help you at all.. Stock heads flow about 125-135 cfm @10.. The Stock 02-05 TB/manifold flows about 150CFM so it is not the limiting factor.   While you saw an improvement with the stock TB, I would wonder what the slip-in without baffles are doing to your low end... Not sure you would get much by removing them.. How's the popping??

I was thinking that too but if his dyno run was without them, the tq line didn't show it (look at the chart that hellraiser just posted in the dyno section).
warning, this poster suffers from bizarre delusions

WOW
thats a lot of throttle body :soda:
You might want to take the baffles out of the pipes just so all that gas will have a straight shot to the ground :hyst:

crackice

the baffles were taken out for no performance reason, just taken out for a louder sound and to fix flame throwers in

just curious
if it was tuned with the injectors and 58MM
or you just swapped them and went for a ride.

IIRC Mike Roland did a lot of testing with proper tuning
and proved that there was nothing to loose by
going larger, but you could loose by going too small on a TB.

Sounds more like tuning than the TB itself.

i fixed the throttle body with the fuel injectors and took it for tuning, went fine for a while but not long enough to really test it, i think its the tuning job that sucked. but i wanted my bike ready asap, so didnt take the chance of changing the fuel injectors to the old smaller ones and tune it again, so i changed both of them the tb and the fi to the stock.
but still have that curiosity of knowing what would i get from that tb without the high flow fi.
