but the picture just displays the dreaded red X.  What do I need to do to get the pic to show up?

NOT SURE ABOUT AVITAR BUT WHEN I SEE RED X S ON A POST I HIT REFRESH AND THEY USUALY POP UP.ARE YOU LOADING FROM AN INTERNET SITE LIKE PHOTO BUCKET?
