Problem with Daytone Twin Tech TCFI III communication to PC Help needed asap

Why not get an old piece of junk PC and install nothing on it but for the O.S. and tuning software.  Don't even connect it to a network and no antivirus would be necessary (or if the software ran on a decent O.S. that didn't require anti-whatever software for any purpose...).

Update,

My friend called DTT, The power adapter that powers the ECM on a BENCH NOT on the bike was wired incirrectly.

the wire going to Pin 7 should have been going to pin 9. Go figure!!

Thats is the only update as he has not tried to upload his map to the ecm yet.

The adapter connector was wired the same as for a '03 style ecm according to DTT.

I guess they never changed the wiring or had a bunch left in stock that were never updated................................

Final Update:

My friend changed the wire going to pin 7, to pin 9 on the power adapter connection that powers up the ecm when on a bench.

IT WORKED!!!

Hope this helps someone else if they have the same issue.......
